Paul Febvre is CTO of the Satellite Applications Catapult, an organisation dedicated to stimulating innovation in the use of satellite services and technology for the growth of UK businesses. Paul previously worked at Inmarsat, being responsible for the design of the Inmarsat BGAN system, as well as for managing Inmarsat’s activities under the ESA ARTES programmes for new technologies, systems, and applications development.
